Susana Hernandez joined Teen Success Inc. team June 2020. She comes from a background of working with children all ages with disabilities.
Susana was born and raised in San Jose. She feels the need to help out her community first and foremost. She was a teen mom herself and wants to reach out to young moms, motivate, and offer support. Susana truly believes that the first step is to provide them with all available resources which will point them in the right direction. Susana attained her Associates degree in Paralegal studies from De Anza College. She went on to California State University of East Bay and now holds her Bachelors in Criminal Justice Studies with a focus in community corrections. In her free time Susana enjoys baking, traveling with her family, and party planning. |
