Our Team
The team of dynamic women at Teen Success, Inc. is passionate about serving youth and having multi-generational impact. We continuously seek to learn, innovate, and address the issues of social, racial, and economic justice faced by the young women and families we serve. Collectively, we bring decades of experience in youth services, social justice, development, fundraising, community services, research and marketing.
Our team's headquarters is in Milpitas, CA, and we have satellite positions in the Central Valley and Sacramento Valley. We operate as one unit to manage the fidelity of our research-based curriculum across all of our program locations in California and Nevada.
