About Teen Success, Inc.
Since 2011, Teen Success, Inc. has empowered young women who become mothers in their teens to rise above the challenges facing them and achieve their full potential in school and as parents, so their children also thrive. We believe that education is a key factor in breaking the cycle of poverty faced by young families.

Alarmingly, 62% of teen mothers do not complete high school which perpetuates this cycle of intergenerational teen parenthood and poverty. High school dropouts face extremely bleak economic and social prospects. These adverse outcomes also significantly impact their children. With our support, the young women we serve are changing this, with over 85% completing high school or its equivalent.

Our Team
Teen Success, Inc. has a deeply passionate and high performing team committed to the following guiding principles:
  • The Mission Leads: Everything we do must be focused on improving impact for the families we serve.
  • Supportive, Inclusive, Fun Environment: Support and empower each other by creating an environment that embraces and leverages differences.  Have fun and laugh together.

  • Open, Honest, Respectful Communication: Treat each other respectfully, provide honest feedback, invite feedback from others, and listen to understand.
  • Diversity & Equity: Honoring and respecting our differences, embracing difficult conversations and avoiding assumptions, understanding our privileges and using our privilege to address inequity.
