Becka Ross is the Director of Development and Communications. Becka joined the Teen Success, Inc. team in September 2016. Prior to coming to Teen Success, Inc., Becka worked at the Jewish Federation of Silicon Valley, most recently as the Director of Women’s Philanthropy and Community Campaign where she focused on educating and cultivating new leadership, as well as empowering women to make philanthropic gifts in their own name. Becka has Masters degrees in Jewish Education and Non-Profit Management from Hebrew Union College and a BA in Communications from Lewis and Clark College. In 2012, Becka received the Federation Executive Recruitment and Education Program fellowship, an intensive 4-year program which trains the next generation of non-profit leadership.
 
Becka is passionate about making changes in the community today to impact the next generation. As Director of Development and Communications, Becka works to broaden the awareness of Teen Success, Inc.’s work and help individuals, foundations, and organizations make meaningful gifts to Teen Success, Inc..
